ScenPro has over 50 years of combined experience in Military Medical Planning. Our subject matter experts for this domain gained renown during long, successful careers with the U.S. Armed Forces. ScenPro has worked with the Army Office of The Surgeon General and other military organizations to develop medical planning doctrine for operating in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) environments. This successful collaboration enabled ScenPro to develop the Allied Medical Publication 7 – Concept of Operations of Medical Support in Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Environments. This document is currently in review by NATO nations.
In addition, ScenPro is currently developing a patient load assessment tool. The tool enables the medical planner and operations staff to perform dynamic cost/benefit analysis by comparing alternative medical support and logistics options and their aggregate patient outcomes.
ScenPro collaborated with other organizations to develop the NBC Casualty and Resource Estimation Support Tool (NBC CREST) for the U.S. Army Office of The Surgeon General. NBC CREST supports deliberate medical planning in an iterative and integrated process for the U.S. Army at the Corps, Division, and Corps Medical Brigade levels. This tool allows the medical planner to estimate casualty streams and resource usage and compare alternate courses of action based on a specific scenario.
