ScenPro has been developing Command and Control (C2) Systems since 1996. Our Chemical and Biological Incident Response Tool (CBIRT) helps Incident Commanders respond to chemical/biological threats. CBIRT enables Incident Commanders to plan for, manage, and mitigate the consequences of incidents involving chemical/biological warfare agents or hazardous materials. A map-based view of the incident’s response elements provides situational awareness for Incident Commanders. CBIRT also tracks resources and identifies medical treatment requirements. A “playback” feature provides a replay of the incident response for training purposes and after-action analysis.
ScenPro collaborated with other organizations to develop the Lightweight Epidemiological Advanced Detection and Emergency Response System (LEADERS) for the U.S. Air Force. In addition to serving as Chief Architect and lead Knowledge Analyst, ScenPro also defined the system requirements and managed the project. We have supported many LEADERS deployments, including the response to the 9/11 attacks in NYC.
